I’ve grown my wedding stationery company from $30k to $300k in yearly revenue in just 5 years. But I'll be the first to admit - this growth was not without growing pains.

Q. I can’t possibly pause to implement this material. I am so overloaded and have client work stacked up for months. How many hours will I need to invest per week on this material?
Time for a heart to heart - the key to scaling is TIME. You need more time.
