I’m thankful for those awkward years of grinding through appointments actually, because without that experience, I wouldn’t have discovered The 9 Triggers of Closing.

What are the “9 triggers of closing?”

After a string of unsuccessful appointments, I was on a mission to figure this out and make my business a success. So, I started to approach each consultation not with the goal of getting the sale (ironic as I tell you this on a page about closing), but with the goal of gathering data.

I began to recognize certain mental triggers that caused people to take action.

These things directly influenced the way the couple acted and made decisions.  They were incredibly powerful. (If you’re a data nerd like me, you’re geeking out with me here.)

I started calling these “the triggers to closing.” And so I  put my theory to the test.

Face to face appointments gave me a canvas to activate these mental triggers as we moved through the consultation. Hitting these over and over created a nearly hypnotic spell over my couples - they immediately “got it” and were ready to get started. 




My close rate went from 40% to 96% in a matter of months when I started to layer these 9 triggers into every aspect of my business.
